Dhaba Style Chicken Curry 

Required Ingredients:

  • Chicken
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mint leaves
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Curd
  • Turmeric powder
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Red chillies
  • Garam masala
  • Sajeera
  • Kajus
  • Coriander seeds
  • Cumin seeds
  • Chicken masala
  • Peper powder
  • Oil

Preparation process:

  1. Lit the stove and place a pan over it now add oil to the pan then add chopped onions and fry them until they turn into dark brown colour now place the onions in a plate
  2. Now take the chicken into a bowl and add curd to it then add fired onions, ginger garlic paste, salt and mix all the ingredients well and marinate till one hour
  3. Now take a grinding jar and add cumins seeds and coriander seeds and grind them into powder
  4. Now again add onions, red chillies, turmeric, salt, coriander leaves to the grinder and make into a fine paste 
  5. Now lit the stove and place a pan on it and add oil to it then add sajeera and also add the onion grinded paste to the pan and fry it well then add ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, mint leaves and mix well for some time
  6. Now add the marinated chicken to the pan and mix well and cover it with a lid for some time and let the chicken cook
  7. After some time remove the lid and add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, pepper powder, garam masala, chicken masala, coriander powder and mix all the ingredients well and cover it with a lid 
  8. After sometime remove the lid and add little amount of water and mix well and let it cook for sometime then add coriander leaves on the top and that's it tasty dhana style chicken curry is ready and also garnish with fried onions on the top
