  • Now lit the stove and place a pan on the stove and add oil to it let the oil heat lightly and then add the onion paste to the pan and fry it well until the paste turns into golden brown color then add ginger garlic paste and mix well now add tomato paste, coriander leaves, curry leaves, mint leaves and mix well and let the tomato paste cook well
  • Then add red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, garam masala, cloves, sajeera, curd and mix well and cover it with a lid and let it cook for some time
  • Now remove the lid and mix well then add the marinated chicken and add a little amount of water and cover it with a lid for 20 minutes later remove the lid and let the chicken pieces cook and that’s all tasty chicken dum curry is ready garnish with coriander leaves and serve it !!!
